These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Brit Commercial Mortgages web site (the "Site") and your relationship with Brit Commercial Mortgages, (offices in Bristol and Cardiff) together with any specific terms set out on individual pages within the Site. The Site is provided to you free of charge for your personal use subject to these Terms and Conditions. By using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

We may, at any time and without advance notice or liability, terminate or restrict your access to all or any component of the Site.
The Site is available worldwide to anyone with Internet access. However, the Site may not be continuously available due to maintenance or repairs or due to computer problems or crashes, disruption in Internet service or other unforeseen circumstances. The content of the Site, including advertising content, is intended for use and display only where its use and display are permissible in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
All material on the Site and news sent by email (the "Content") is protected by copyright, trade mark, database and other intellectual property rights, and belongs to Brit Commercial Mortgages. You may retrieve and display Content from the Site on a computer screen, print individual pages on paper (but not photocopy them) and store such pages in electronic form on disk (but not on any server or other storage device connected to a network) for your personal, non-commercial use. Whilst Brit Commercial Mortgages endeavours to ensure that the Content is accurate, the information is of a general nature and not intended to comprise all of the information relating to the products or services referred to on the Site. Therefore, Brit Commercial Mortgages cannot guarantee that the Content will be suitable to your circumstances or adequate to meet your particular requirements.
Brit Commercial Mortgages cannot accept any responsibility for errors or omissions beyond its reasonable control that may affect any of the Content.

Notwithstanding the provisions of this section, Brit Commercial Mortgages liability will not be limited in the case of death or personal injury directly caused by Brit Commercial Mortgages negligence.
If you apply for work or provide us with your details via the Site, you must ensure that the details provided by you on application or at any time are correct and complete. You must inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provided when applying.
The information that you provide about yourself to Brit Commercial Mortgages will only be used by Brit Commercial Mortgagesin accordance with its Privacy Policy.
Brit Commercial Mortgages reserves the right, at its discretion, to make changes to any part of the Site. These Terms shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales. We agree, for the exclusive benefit of Brit Commercial Mortgages, that the Courts of England and Wales shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to determine any disputes which may arise out of, under, or in connection with this agreement; save that, it being agreed that this clause conferring jurisdiction for the benefit of Brit Commercial Mortgages only, Brit Commercial Mortgages shall retain the rights to bring proceedings against you in the Courts of any other country which has jurisdiction.
General
You may not assign, sub-license or otherwise transfer any of your rights under these Terms and Conditions.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of that provision will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
Failure by either party to exercise any right or remedy under these Terms and Conditions does not constitute a waiver of that right or remedy.
